So today I learn't that I have to spend at least 133 days on this diet to reach my target weight that's a bit over 4 months SHUCKS!!!.
I will set a small target to lose 10 kgs in 71 days that's in 2 months , this sounds very achievable considering I lost 5 kgs in my first week . I worry that my body will start holding on to all the fat now so hence I need an intensive workout regime .Discovered that I am not allowed any kind of oil even olive oil for cooking and my biggest struggle will be NO SALT , one wonders how I am expected to cook!!!!! I will continue with my jogging and gym i am not that motivated to write today ........
