Day 22 -- Attack Phase - Dukan Diet

Ok so Day 22 and I am guessing everyone is expecting me to be saying 15 kgs lost :-( . Unfortunately not !!!! I have lost 6 kgs and 2 cm and nothing has been coming off . I am mostly to blame for being extremely slack especially over the past 6 days ! I feel horrible and I have been working my butt off to get back on track . I am working out harder and I have told myself I will fit in a workout no matter what ! No point recording my diary at this stage because I am just too disappointed

Day 15 -- Cruise Phase - Dukan Diet

Hello I am back again ....... I havent been good at   this whole blogging  thing this week  im always tired after work and I just never have time to log on and write .  Updates 1 kg weight-loss for last week making ita total of 6 kgs  . I am very disappointed in myself .  I was really aiming for atleast 2 kgs however a loss is better than No loss plus I have received numerous compliments about my weight-loss so I suppose that's a sign that this is working . They say it takes 2 weeks to break a habit ...... I really must say for me I think its taking 2 weeks to start those temptations rolling . Over the second week I have fallen into temptation like biscuits  I only had 3 still it all adds up , I have been snacking on "small lollies" ........ bad idea . So I have had to made a few adjustments for example I will increase my exercise and also watch my portions . Since I started taking veges I had realised that I am  feeling much better but ...

Day 9 --Dukan Diet Cruise Phase

So today I learn't that I have to spend at least 133 days on this diet to reach my target weight that's a bit over 4 months  SHUCKS!!!. I will set a small target to lose 10 kgs in 71 days that's in 2 months , this sounds very achievable considering I lost 5 kgs in my first week . I worry that my body will start holding on to all the fat now so hence I need an intensive workout regime .Discovered that I am not allowed any kind of oil even olive oil for cooking and my biggest struggle will be NO SALT , one wonders how I am expected to cook!!!!! I will continue with my jogging and gym i am not that motivated to write today ........

Day 8 --Dukan Diet Cruise Phase

  Cruise Phase --Day 1 but Day 8 of the Diet  I must say its better than the Attack phase :-) I missed my vegetables so much . I am enjoying having them again . So far so good my day was easy not much exercise though :-( . Planning on going to the gym tonight will see how that goes . My legs were still a bit sore from the weekend but surprisingly they are OK today .  BREAKFAST: 1 Porched Egg ( eggs),250g Ham and Chicken Quiche (left overs)+ Steamed Cauliflower  SNACK :N/A LUNCH:1 Chicken Stir-fry with vegetables :-*)  SNACK :N/A DINNER:Chicken Stirfry with vegetables+ Tempura seasoned with oyster sauce  SNACK:N/A I am actually feeling very lazy to blog today so ill make it as short as possible  Later !

Day 7 --Dukan Diet Attack Phase

This has to be the longest I have ever stuck on a diet in years . I know I am missing about 4 days apologies for this ,  was out of range for about 3 days but I can proudly say I still stuck  to my diet even though there were endless challenges and sometimes I got bored of eating the same thing over and over again. I cheated on 2 occasions that  can  remember when I had  cashew and macademia nuts and also a glass of lemon squash , I also realised the yoghurt I took with me was not low fat and actually contained alot of sugar :-( but ill compansate this week with exercise . I did a great bush walk with a very special person  so this makes me feel a lot better  .  I'm looking forward to moving on to the Cruise phase ! I miss my veges so I have just read that I am allowed the following , I've only chosen the veges I am  mos likely to buy ad eat however there are a few on the list that I have chosen not to write down . Day 2 --Dukan Diet Attack Phase

Ok so Day 2 was a bit easier , Iwent for my morning jog at about 7am .... trust mee getting out of bed was so difficult . I still made it though , did 30 minutes of jogging/ walking . Got back home and had breakfast . Lunch time I had prepared chicken breast seared in cottage cheese with loads of flavouring . Cravings weree minimal at lunch time . At about 5:30 -6pm I was so hungry my body was craving sugar and carbs , everything basically  I had my dinner eventually and I felt a lot better , snacked on mentos and yoghurt . BREAKFAST: Omellete(2 eggs), I tub yoghurt,small can tuna SNACK :N/A LUNCH:11/2 Chicken breast , Cottage Cheese  SNACK :1 1/2 mentos DINNER:250g tofu , I steak mutton/lamb fat removed  SNACK:1 tub yogurt , 2 Ham slices

Day 1 --Dukan Diet Attack Phase

So I started today off with a morning jog , since I havent jogged in over a year  I was taking it easy . Went for about 20 minutes and had my breakfast. Feeling motivated and strong . Lunch time I was still feeling strong and motivated but slowly getting weary, the novelty was wearing off and temptations were everywhere I had to go out for dinner with work , firstly dinner was late and  found it difficult to find a protein meal . I ended up ordering the chicken breast and to my disappointment it was not the size I was imagining . I was craving food so much , looking at everyones pasta , fries etc really made it difficult . I snuck 5 french fries :-( and later when i got home had 2 tubs of yougurt I know this will impact on my results but I was not bad for Day 1 will do my best in day 2 . BREAKFAST: Beef Omellete(2 eggs), 1 1/2 tbs oatbran, I tub yoghurt SNACK :N/A LUNCH:2 Ham Slices , 2 boiled eggs , 2 Turkey slices SNACK :Small can tuna in brine DINNER:Chicken Brea...

Dukan Diet

Hi guys i know I have been very quiet over tthe past few weeks :-( . Well i had gone away on holiday then coming back and getting back on track was just a struggle anyways I am back aand I mean business . I am just getting back into the swing of things ie went to the gym for the first time in weeks last week and I am currently trying to creating an eating and workout regime for myself. I must admit I have been feeling rather lazy over the past few days but I need to really push so I can reach my goals . So at the moment I am looking at starting the Dukan Diet , I have purchased the book and I am currently reading over it to get an understanding of the diet . I am also looking at introducing jogging even if its once a week into my diet and hopefully increase with time . I will try my best to blog more about the Dukan diet and hopefully one day once I reach my goal I can look back  at my blog and realize how this journey has not been an easy one .
