So I started today off with a morning jog , since I havent jogged in over a year I was taking it easy . Went for about 20 minutes and had my breakfast. Feeling motivated and strong .
Lunch time I was still feeling strong and motivated but slowly getting weary, the novelty was wearing off and temptations were everywhere
I had to go out for dinner with work , firstly dinner was late and found it difficult to find a protein meal . I ended up ordering the chicken breast and to my disappointment it was not the size I was imagining . I was craving food so much , looking at everyones pasta , fries etc really made it difficult . I snuck 5 french fries :-( and later when i got home had 2 tubs of yougurt I know this will impact on my results but I was not bad for Day 1 will do my best in day 2 .
BREAKFAST: Beef Omellete(2 eggs), 1 1/2 tbs oatbran, I tub yoghurt
SNACK :N/A
LUNCH:2 Ham Slices , 2 boiled eggs , 2 Turkey slices
SNACK :Small can tuna in brine
DINNER:Chicken Breast , 5 fries
SNACK:2 tubs yogurt , 1 Turkey slice, I beef slice
My evaluation of the diet is , its very difficult but I am determined to beat it, I need to eat when I feel hungry to avoid binging and I need to reduce my activity levels a bit since I a just beginning .
