Day 42 Progress Updated

Update  Long term target lose 13kilos by 28th March 2011 for a photo-shoot n 5 year anniversary ! Big target but it can be done . 9 kilos to go   Above are the goals i set 11 days ago unfortunately none have been achieved . As a result i dont feel like having the photo shoot . I have actually gained 500grams but one thing i can be proud of is that the meal plan seemed to work more effectively in my favor . Even though i struggled on some days especially at work . overall i did well . I need to investigate what trigger me to eat more when i am at work  .  I have to obviously set new targets now failure means pick yourself up and try again  Target  Short Term is to lose 9.5 kilos by Easter 22 April 2011 thats in 25 DAYS / 3 weeks  Longterm goal is to lose 30 kilos in 3 months / July  For this week i have better skils to prepare a food program and plan my meals ahead , i just need to stick to it . Day 31 Progress

Progress Day 31 Ok so finally i have made some progress. I have made an eating plan for myself and i can say i have beeen closely following it with  success . I have been eating small portions and going to the gym . The jogs have been a failure however i am planning on gettign into it . I have purchased more Art supplies for me to get back into doing my art soon so i am looking forward to starting on that . Having more free time this week has helped me to unload and relax my mind i am so much more relaxed .. Ok for updating my goals . Day 25 Sadly

Day  25 I am disappointed to write and say i have fallen back non of my targets have gone according to plan , i have failed with my diet and picked up so much with my workout regime . I have had to reforcus my target and my goals once again sadly , Previously Long term target lose 13kilos by 28th March 2011 for a photo-shoot n 5 year anniversary ! Big target but it can be done . Long term goal wear a size 14- 12 for my graduation . Results : I have lost 3.5kilos meaning i need to lose 9.5 kgs in 2 weeks? How realistic is this Target ? Short term target I have set a new goal to lose 5-6 kgs in 2 weeks before Saturday 26th of March 2011 . I am set on this and will set new targets then  .I have prepared a meal plan till the day which i am currenlty filling out . Workout Target is jogging every-morning  and attend at-least 2 gym classes and 5 gym visits . I have been trying to get back into doing art as i used to before and improve it and i am hoping to do this...
