This has to be the longest I have ever stuck on a diet in years . I know I am missing about 4 days apologies for this , was out of range for about 3 days but I can proudly say I still stuck to my diet even though there were endless challenges and sometimes I got bored of eating the same thing over and over again.
I cheated on 2 occasions that can remember when I had cashew and macademia nuts and also a glass of lemon squash , I also realised the yoghurt I took with me was not low fat and actually contained alot of sugar :-( but ill compansate this week with exercise .
I did a great bush walk with a very special person so this makes me feel a lot better .
I'm looking forward to moving on to the Cruise phase ! I miss my veges so I have just read that I am allowed the following , I've only chosen the veges I am mos likely to buy ad eat however there are a few on the list that I have chosen not to write down .
ALLOWED VEGETABLE LIST
Artichoke , Asparagus , Brocolli, Cabbage (I love it), Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts , Celery (Yuk but ill give it a go), Cucumber , French beans , leaks , Mushrooms , Peppers , Pumpkin(OMG), Salad , Soya beans , Spinach , Tomatoes and Turnip
Today is the last day of the atack phase for me and I must say it was not as hard as I thought , I miss my fruits badly but good things come to those who wait ! Thats what I had today .. I must mention that dinning out has been difficult however looking for the best Protein option is best :-)
BREAKFAST: Porched Eggs (3 eggs) seasoned with love :-(curry and black pepper)
SNACK :N/A
LUNCH:1 Chicken breast , I slice ham, I slice silver side
SNACK :Handful of Nutra-grain :-(
DINNER:500g Ham and Chicken Quiche
SNACK:N/A

End of Week 1 Dukan Diet and I LOST 5kgs!!!!!!!!!!
I have decided to do the cruise phase using the method of 1PP + 1PV where I will have 1 day of Protein only and 1 day of Protein +VegesWish me luck :-*ill try to blog frequently but otherwise ill write something at the end of the week
