JUNE UPDATE

OK  I am about a week late with this , so firstly it was quite easy to follow the workout plan I created for myself BUT nutrition nutrition . I am such a sucker for food when there's events etc , I just give myself reasons to eat and eat its such a pity really .I had birthdays and dinners and i just fell off the wagon . One thing i have to give to myself though is I went to the gym each and every single time i was meant to and this really made a huge difference . So still following the plan mapped out on my calender , I feel its getting boring , I need to up the workout and   I need to mix it up therefore I have decided to get some personal training in July so I can mix it up . Because its freezing outside i think the gym is a more realistic venue for my workouts , new music on my iPod and a new eating plan and I will be set for a change . Day 31 Progress

Progress Day 31 Ok so finally i have made some progress. I have made an eating plan for myself and i can say i have beeen closely following it with  success . I have been eating small portions and going to the gym . The jogs have been a failure however i am planning on getting into it . I have purchased more Art supplies for me to get back into doing my art soon so I am looking forward to starting on that . Having more free time this week has helped me to unload and relax my mind I am so much more relaxed .. Ok for updating my goals . Long term target lose 13kilos by 28th March 2011 for a photo-shoot n 5 year anniversary ! Big target but it can be done . 9 kilos to go   I am proud to have lost 4 kgs in a week it can be done just need to keep hanging in there

Red Velvet Cake

 So i attempted to bake a red velvet cake for a friend over the weekend and this is how it turned out . I used a recipe that i got off the internet from http://allrecipes.com.au/recipe/10766/print-friendly.aspx and it was a really good recipe easy to follow although i have a few lessons learnt to share , i will share these at the end :-)  Ingredients Serves: 12 250g butter, softened 3 cups (660g) white sugar 6 eggs 30ml red food coloring 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 3 cups (375g) plain flour 1 cup (250ml) buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon bicarb soda 1 tablespoon white vinegar For the Icing 500g cream cheese 375g white chocolate 250g butter, softened Preparation method Prep: 20 minutes |Cook: 25 minutes ...

Upcoming Events

This is just not funny i am  just 52 days away from a big event and 74 days away from going on a trip and i havent budged a single kilo , whats wrong with me ?? I am now feeling very depressed with only a month left to lose 5 kilos i really need to get off my ass ok so heres the plan above . Im addition i will be doing atleast 50 situps each day , i hate them but hey !!!!! I will only be blogging weekly hopefully with more positive updates , since Saturday is my day off ill try do this then but i wont be having the day off this Saturday because i havent gone all week so thats 01/02/03/04/05/06/07 missed BAD GIRL :-( . I will try do meal replacement shake and mix them up with healthy eating for now :-) see you guys on the 16 of June .. wish me luck xoxo Watch this space ...

Dedication

OK so this girl lacks dedication ....... today i was trying to figure out how i can best define what my problems are when it comes to eating healthy and this is my summary 1. Lack of dedication 2. Greed... lmao!!!!! unable to resist temptation 3. Easily demotivated eg weather , poor health ,gym issues etc 4. Portion control 5. Too many excuses 6. Too many unreached goals 7. Distractions eg visiting people 8. Weekends So i have such a long list :-) i need to work on solving each one ;-0 thought id at least blog something today after my very motivated blog yesterday

25 and counting

Hi everyone so I clearly havent been blogging for a very ,very long time , Why?? because i have been good and bad , up and down , slim and fat lol . Basically iver been living LIFE . Updates , I turned 25 almost 4 months ago and unlike what i had hoped for I wasnt at my goal weight . I am closer to it but yet so far , so since my last blog Ive lost about 5 kgs in the past 8 months which for me is very disappointing . Last month i was right on track on a very awesome diet and guess hwta this week i fell off the wagon . I dont even want to step foot on those scales . But as usual I am picking myself up and brushing the dust off . I Begin the journey once again . Still on a 1200 calorie diet , 100 calorie gym regime 6 days a week I shall start all over again . I wont be blogging everyday but I will definitely try to more that I have been in the past . I am attending a friends wedding in  54 days and going on Holidays in 78 days so those are good reasons to set goals . GOAL 1...
