Ok so Day 2 was a bit easier , Iwent for my morning jog at about 7am .... trust mee getting out of bed was so difficult . I still made it though , did 30 minutes of jogging/ walking . Got back home and had breakfast . Lunch time I had prepared chicken breast seared in cottage cheese with loads of flavouring . Cravings weree minimal at lunch time .
At about 5:30 -6pm I was so hungry my body was craving sugar and carbs , everything basically I had my dinner eventually and I felt a lot better , snacked on mentos and yoghurt .
BREAKFAST: Omellete(2 eggs), I tub yoghurt,small can tuna
SNACK :N/A
LUNCH:11/2 Chicken breast , Cottage Cheese
SNACK :1 1/2 mentos
DINNER:250g tofu , I steak mutton/lamb fat removed
SNACK:1 tub yogurt , 2 Ham slices
