Update
Long term target lose 13kilos by 28th March 2011 for a photo-shoot n 5 year anniversary ! Big target but it can be done .9 kilos to go
Above are the goals i set 11 days ago unfortunately none have been achieved . As a result i dont feel like having the photo shoot . I have actually gained 500grams but one thing i can be proud of is that the meal plan seemed to work more effectively in my favor . Even though i struggled on some days especially at work . overall i did well . I need to investigate what trigger me to eat more when i am at work .
I have to obviously set new targets now failure means pick yourself up and try again
Target
Short Term is to lose 9.5 kilos by Easter 22 April 2011 thats in 25 DAYS / 3 weeks Longterm goal is to lose 30 kilos in 3 months / July
For this week i have better skils to prepare a food program and plan my meals ahead , i just need to stick to it . For my workout regime i need to change it drastically and pick up the pace
I am currently preparing a plan :-) i will be back next week 03/04/2011 with an update
