Progress Day 31
Ok so finally i have made some progress. I have made an eating plan for myself and i can say i have beeen closely following it with success . I have been eating small portions and going to the gym .
The jogs have been a failure however i am planning on gettign into it .
I have purchased more Art supplies for me to get back into doing my art soon so i am looking forward to starting on that .
Having more free time this week has helped me to unload and relax my mind i am so much more relaxed ..
Ok for updating my goals .
Long term target lose 13kilos by 28th March 2011 for a photo-shoot n 5 year anniversary ! Big target but it can be done .
9 kilos to go
I am proud to have lost 4 kgs in a week it can be done just need to keep hanging in there
