Diet was perfect this week BUT.....Arghh ..... doesn't sound promising does it ? Update is I have been working really hard at the gym . 2 days ago I changed up my workout routine and I could now walk for 2 days and im not joking . Today being the second day I decided I was not going to miss the gym twice .
I woke up this morning and managed to do the Jilian Michaels 30 day shred level 1 workout for 15 minutes before work.
At work I had to walk a client to the mall and this took us 30 minutes 1 way so by then I was aching plus my knee has been acting up .
Suprisingly I still managed to go to the gym tonight and I worked hard . Im hoping to feel better tomorrow .
This September rush is making me nervous I really need to do this
Ok so Day 22 and I am guessing everyone is expecting me to be saying 15 kgs lost :-( . Unfortunately not !!!! I have lost 6 kgs and 2 cm and nothing has been coming off . I am mostly to blame for being extremely slack especially over the past 6 days ! I feel horrible and I have been working my butt off to get back on track . I am working out harder and I have told myself I will fit in a workout no matter what ! No point recording my diary at this stage because I am just too disappointed
