Ingredients
1 cup Low-fat Natural yoghurt
2 tbps Dried Goji Berries
Fresh Mango
1/4 cup Low-fat Milk
2 tbps Dessicated Coconut
Stevia Natural Sugar
Method
Add yoghurt ,mango, stevia and milk into blender and blend for 30 seconds - 1 minute ( time and amounts of yoghurt and milk can vary depending on personal preference) .
Add goji berries and coconut and blend for 20 seconds to keep the texture :-) that's it !! A healthy and easy to make smoothie!!
