Ok i know i have had alot of day 1s however i have not been successful . I am hoping to have more success each time i start a fresh, external stress definetly has alot of influence on my diet. Been stressed out with work and other stuff so i been having urges to binge eat. My target is to spend atleast a week without eating junk !!! I hope i have success :-)
Ok so Day 22 and I am guessing everyone is expecting me to be saying 15 kgs lost :-( . Unfortunately not !!!! I have lost 6 kgs and 2 cm and nothing has been coming off . I am mostly to blame for being extremely slack especially over the past 6 days ! I feel horrible and I have been working my butt off to get back on track . I am working out harder and I have told myself I will fit in a workout no matter what ! No point recording my diary at this stage because I am just too disappointed
