Well its been over a week from when i was meant to update my blog ............ i got so busy . News is i have lost sad news is not as much as i would have wanted to .Tried Zumba this week !! Awesome
To date ive lost 2.4kgs which is quite ok but i know I could have done better .
Workouts have improved i am definetly more active however i am terrible when it comes to my eating habits , sometimes they are soo good but sometimes descipline just goes down the drain sadly .
Short term target is to eat reasonably i have 10 kilos to go before the 29th of March approximately 29 days thats achievable if i lose 2.5 kilos a week can i do it ?? I hope i can !!!!!!!
Next update is on the 7th of March new focus is to do more classes this week
